Police in New York City say that a man from Florida threw furniture off of a high-rise building in Midtown last Friday.
Authorities say that around 2:15 p.m., Jean Oliver, 33, broke into 555 Fifth Avenue without permission, went up to the patio on the 20th floor, and threw tables and chairs over the side into the street below.

There were no reports of accidents.
A Citizen App video showed a man on the porch without a shirt walking back and forth and raising his arms every so often. The video showed that many people watched him from the street.
The video seemed to show that the NYPD blocked off the street where the furniture fell.

Oliver was accused of breaking, putting someone in danger without thinking, criminal damage, and trespassing. The New York Police Department says he is from West Park, Florida, which is near Fort Lauderdale.
