A statement from the tour’s producers confirms that Bonnie and Clyde has canceled all of its scheduled shows.
Today, they said, “Bonnie and Clyde the Musical’s tour of the UK and Ireland will end right away.”
This show won a WhatsOnStage Award and started its tour at Leicester Curve in February. It has since gotten five-star reviews and standing ovations all over the country.

“Unfortunately, it has been decided that the tour can’t go on because ticket sales have been so low.” This production has entertained thousands of people across the country, and we’d like to thank the cast and crew for all their hard work and endless ability.
The show did well at the Arts Theatre and the Garrick Theatre in London’s West End for two seasons. Bonnie and Clyde It tells the story of two people from a small town who became famous and violent figures in American myth.
Music is by Frank Wildhorn, who was nominated for a Tony Award, words are by Don Black, who won an Oscar and a Tony Award, and the book is by Ivan Menchell, who was nominated for an Emmy Award.
Nick Winston directs and choreographs the show, and Philip Witcomb designs the sets and costumes. Katy Richardson and Nick Barstow are in charge of the music, and John McDaniel and Jen Green do the original arrangements and orchestrations. Zoe Spurr designs the lighting, Tom Marshall does the sound, Nina Dunn does the video, Darren Ware designs the wigs, and Jim Arnold CDG does the casting.
